We are looking for a creative and results-driven Junior Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Junior Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage our audience, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media trends, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successful social media management.

who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred but not required.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
  • Experience in social media advertising and content creation.
  • Proficient in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.

what you'll be doing

  • Content Management: Upload, format, and publish content on the organisation's website, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Community management: including monitoring platforms and responding to inquiries promptly.
  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.
  • Content Creation and Curation: Create engaging and shareable content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Audience Engagement: Foster and maintain an active and engaged community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and authentic manner. 
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels, including tone, imagery, and messaging.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Utilise social media analytics tools to track performance, analyse key metrics, and provide regular reports to management. 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall marketing initiatives.
