London's most ambitious venue transformation needed a website to match.
Olympia has stood in West London since 1886. In that time it has hosted gondola-filled spectacles in its Grand Hall, staged the world's first public television broadcast, hosted Jimi Hendrix, and housed decades of large-scale exhibitions. Now it is undergoing something far more significant than any single event: a £1.3 billion transformation into London's newest destination for entertainment, leisure, hospitality, and culture.
That scale of physical reinvention demanded a digital presence built to match. When Sheahan Arnott joined Olympia as Senior Digital Marketing Manager, the organisation needed a website capable of serving over 30 distinct audience personas - exhibitors, event-goers, hospitality guests, venue hirers, press, investors, and more - at the scale of a destination expecting 10 million annual visitors once fully operational.
"Olympia is positioning itself as a global destination, so it makes sense to work with the best partners in the world - which means Webflow and N4."

What N4 built, and why Webflow Enterprise was the right platform
N4 designed and built the new Olympia site on Webflow Enterprise, delivering from brief to launch in six months - a timeline that reflects both the urgency of Olympia's physical opening schedule and the build velocity that Webflow's platform enables compared to traditional enterprise CMS alternatives.
The site was architected around personalisation at scale. With over 30 distinct audience personas requiring different content, messaging, and calls to action, the platform needed to be flexible enough to serve each segment without fracturing into dozens of disconnected sub-sites. Webflow Enterprise's component-based design system, combined with its native localisation and publishing infrastructure, made that possible from a single, governed codebase.
The result is a site built for the long term - capable of evolving as Olympia's transformation continues to unfold, new venues open, and the destination's audience and event calendar grow in complexity.
The numbers
The project represents one of the more demanding briefs N4 has delivered: a brand new digital platform, 30+ audience personas, multi-venue content architecture, and a six-month build window against one of the most watched urban regeneration projects in the UK. The site is designed to support 10 million annual visitors once Olympia is fully operational.
This project was also featured by Webflow as part of their Enterprise customer story programme - one of a small number of projects selected globally to demonstrate what is possible at the intersection of Webflow Enterprise and world-class implementation.
N4 is the number one ranked Webflow Enterprise Partner globally. If you are working on a project of comparable scale and ambition, talk to our team. And to read the full case study on Olympia's transformation, visit the Olympia website or read the full story on Webflow's site.
