Role Overview

We’re seeking Specialist Website Copywriters to join our dynamic team, with both full-time employed and contractor positions available.

In this role, you will work across a diverse range of clients from SaaS and healthcare to sports and media, so it is essential that you can adapt seamlessly to different brand voices and confidently tackle nuanced subject matter — decoding complex business offerings and translating them into clear, engaging, SEO-optimised, conversion-focused website copy.

You will also play a key part in structuring and planning website content, collaborating closely with our designers to develop sitemaps and content architecture that aligns strongly with client business goals, target audiences, and brand positioning.

Who you are

  • Proven Experience as a Website Copywriter, with a portfolio showcasing a range of website projects (Home, About, Product/Service, and Landing Pages).
  • Demonstrated ability to write for digital audiences, with experience working directly with clients or customers to understand objectives and deliver impactful messaging.
  • Strong understanding of content-first design and UX principles, able to create copy that enhances usability, engagement, and overall UX.
  • Experienced in content strategy and messaging development, helping shape broader digital and brand strategies.
  • Confident leading workshops, collaborating with clients, and presenting content/strategy recommendations.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Able to adapt tone and style across diverse brands and industries.
  • Knowledgeable of SEO and GEO/AEO best practices, particularly around keyword optimisation.
  • Excellent collaboration skills, particularly when partnering with designers and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent with time management, organisation, and communication, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiar working in Slack, Figma, and Google Workspace, collaborating frequently with internal team members and clients.
  • Ability to develop content outlines in Figma, establishing a clear narrative and structure for each web page to guide the design process.
  • Ideally, experienced in writing for SaaS, AI, or healthcare industries.
  • Passionate about Webflow.

What you'll be doing

  • Participating in early-stage strategic workshops with clients, unpacking project goals, auditing existing content, and exploring existing brand guidelines.
  • Collaborating internally to develop sitemaps and content architecture, presenting and refining recommendations with clients.
  • Researching and interviewing clients to gain a deep understanding of their business offering, brand voice, and specific audiences.
  • Creating content wireframes in Figma, defining narrative flow and structure for each web page.
  • Writing website copy, translating complex business offerings into clear, engaging, conversion-driven copy.
  • Collaborating with designers to ensure copy is effectively integrated with design, enhancing both functionality and aesthetics.
  • Revising, editing, and proofreading copy based on internal and external feedback.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging tools.
