With a customer-centric model, Resonate leverages technology and transparency to help people experience markers of age with grace in what is otherwise a typically a rigid, complicated, and bureaucratic process. Their approach is not only shaking up the hearing care industry, but bringing healthy ageing to more people in a simple and highly effective way.

As is true with any start-up, Resonate was experiencing a host of challenges. We identified that the lion’s share of issues were critical customer problems requiring multifaceted solutions that integrated Resonate’s business, brand, tech, and service sectors.
Implementing solutions in such a dynamic way would ensure the team could navigate future issues and while simplifying and enhancing their customer experience. Ultimately, for this to work, we knew it was imperative to build a strong culture focused on learning, evolving, and moving fast to deliver a unique and customer-centric resolution.
Resonate contributed a brilliant concept which required N4’s expertise to bring it to fruition. Our role was diverse, always evolving, and completely integrated to help take their idea to market.
