Role Overview

You will be responsible for leading the creative direction of design projects, from conception to execution, while ensuring that the final output aligns with the client's objectives and expectations. As a Senior Designer will collaborate with the design team, account managers, and clients to develop high-quality and innovative design solutions that meet and exceed our client's needs.

who you are

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in graphic design or a related field preferred.
  • At least 7 years of experience in a design role, with a portfolio of work that demonstrates expertise in a variety of design projects and styles.
  • Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and mentor junior designers.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on delivering high-quality work on time and on budget.
  • Passion for design and a desire to stay up-to-date with new design trends and technologies.

what you'll be doing

  • Lead the design of multiple projects, including but not limited to branding, print, digital, and social media.
  • Collaborate with account managers, designers, and clients to identify project objectives, timelines, and budget.
  • Develop and present creative concepts and solutions that align with project objectives and meet the clients' needs.
  • Create design assets and deliverables such as mood boards, sketches, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, ensuring that their work aligns with our standards and design principles.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that each project is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard of quality.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends, techniques, and technologies and bring new ideas and innovation to our design team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, developers, and project managers, to ensure that design work is fully integrated into projects and meets all client requirements.
