Role Overview
The Webflow Launch & QA Specialist owns quality assurance and launch readiness across N4's client websites and is responsible for evolving how we test. This is a senior role for someone who has done manual QA at scale, knows exactly where it breaks down, and wants to build the tooling and process that replaces repetitive manual checks with automation. Beyond QA, the role covers content migrations, CRM and marketing integrations, and SEO/AEO implementation. Working closely with Technical Delivery Leads, developers, and strategists, you'll make sure every site that leaves N4 is technically sound, content-accurate, and optimised for visibility and conversion.
Note: We build exclusively on Webflow. No other CMS, no ecommerce. Webflow experience is a strong advantage; solid knowledge of modern web platforms is the minimum bar.
About N4 Studio
N4 Studio is a global digital agency of around 60 people, specialising in Webflow design, development, and growth. We hold the distinction of being Webflow’s number one agency partner in the world.
We operate fully remote, with clients and teammates across North America, the UK, New Zealand, and Australia. Our culture is built for international collaboration: clear communication, shared ownership, and a genuine respect for people doing great work regardless of where they are located.
Who you are
- 5+ years experience in a digital agency or hands-on web role, with a significant portion in QA or launch/release management
- Proven experience owning QA for website builds or migrations end-to-end, not just executing test scripts written by someone else
- Hands-on experience building or implementing test automation, e.g. automated regression checks, link/crawl monitoring, visual regression tools, or scripted QA workflows (Playwright, Cypress, or similar)
- Comfortable writing basic scripts (JavaScript, Python, or similar) to automate repetitive checks, or confident scoping this work for a developer to build
- Deep understanding of SEO fundamentals and technical SEO best practices, including schema markup, metadata management, and indexing controls
- Comfortable working with content-heavy websites and structured CMS environments, including large-scale content migrations
- Strong working knowledge of Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, and SEMRush, ideally with experience automating or scheduling parts of these workflows
- Experience supporting CRM and marketing integrations, ideally HubSpot, including form logic, lead routing, and tracking validation
- Familiarity with the Webflow platform specifically, including its CMS, staging/publishing workflow, and API is a strong plus
- Methodical, organised, and reliable under delivery pressure, with the judgement to prioritise issues based on risk, impact, and launch timelines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, you can document findings clearly and explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders
- A track record of improving a QA process, not just following one
What you'll be doing
- Owning website QA prior to launch, including content accuracy, functionality, and technical checks
- Designing and running structured pre-launch and post-launch audits to ensure sites meet N4 standards
- Identifying which parts of the QA process can be automated, and building or specifying the tooling to do it, reducing reliance on manual, repetitive testing over time
- Managing content migrations including content mapping, validation, and quality control
- Ensuring SEO and AEO fundamentals are implemented correctly before launch
- Reviewing and validating metadata, schema markup, indexing rules, redirects, and internal linking
- Identifying and resolving issues such as broken links, 404s, redirect errors, and crawl issues, ideally via automated monitoring rather than manual checks
- Supporting CRM and marketing integrations including forms, lead routing, and tracking setup
- Validating analytics and conversion tracking in GA4 and related tools
- Monitoring post-launch performance and flagging issues or optimisation opportunities
- Collaborating with Technical Delivery Leads and developers to resolve issues efficiently and to build automated checks into the delivery pipeline
- Documenting QA findings, migration notes, launch sign-offs, and the automation tooling/processes you build, so they're maintainable by the wider team
Got what it takes?
