Introduction

Welcome to our Master Service Agreement (Revised 12th August 2024 with the addition of a new agreement cover), a document that covers the general terms of our relationship together. By accepting a Statement of Work or Managed Services Agreement, you also acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to the terms laid out in our Master Service Agreement.

Updates & Revisions

We may update this agreement from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated 'Revised' date and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible.

If we make material changes to this agreement, we will notify you either by prominently posting a notice of such changes or by directly sending you a notification.
