Design is how companies connect with people as people. Not users, not leads. That connection is what makes creativity one of the most under-leveraged assets a company can invest in.I care about systems over one-offs, craft that doesn’t sacrifice speed, and building creative teams where both can coexist. My job is to create the conditions where great work happens repeatedly. Not just once.
